Making a Deposit

• During this processing time, you may cancel your cashout request from within the Cashier and return it to your account balance. This will allow you to play without making a new deposit. Note, however, that once the status of your cashout request has changed to its final status (either "Approved" or "Failed") you will no longer be able to cancel the request.

Reversing your cashout / withdrawal

• Cashout requests can be cancelled and the funds returned to your account for as long as their status is still pending.

• Once a cashout request has been approved (processed), it can no longer be reversed.

• When you cancel a cashout request, you bear full responsibility for any subsequent wager of such sum. We are under no obligation to refund any amount that is cancelled by you and which you subsequently wager.

Your ‘Cashout History’ can be viewed within the ‘Transaction History’ tab which can be accessed via the Cashier at the main menu of the site. Your cashout history provides you with a comprehensive list of all your cashout requests - both those processed and those cancelled.

What documentation do I need to send to verify my identity?

For your own security, block out the middle 8 digits on the front of your card as well as the 3-digit security code at the back.

3. Proof of Address:
This may be a utility bill or a bank statement issued within the last 6 months, showing a date, a full name, and the address registered on the account. If a bank statement is provided, the middle 8 digits of the credit card number must be hidden.

4. Deposit Authorization Form
The Deposit Authorization Form can be downloaded from our website: go to ‘menu’ → ‘account settings’ → ‘upload documents’ → ‘download your CAF document’. Once downloaded, please print and sign it manually - digital signatures will not be accepted. Alternatively, you may write out the information enclosed in the document by hand and capture it with a digital camera.


If my account passes the automatic verification process, do I still need to send documentation?

Yes. Before making a deposit, your personal details will be verified using the GBG automatic verification services. Should your account pass the verification process, you'll be able to deposit and play on our website for the next 96 hours - but you'll need to present us with a valid ID document within that time frame, otherwise your account will be automatically closed.


What happens if the account verification process is unsuccessful?

Should your account fail the automatic verification process, you'll need to present us with identification documents (a valid Driver’s License / Passport, and Proof of Address) before you are allowed to participate in the Services.

What happens if I don't send in my documents?
