Making a Deposit

• While there are no fees charged for any of our cashout services, your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your cashout.

• The minimum wire transfer cashout is £50.

• The minimum cashout for Debit Cards as well as Neteller is £10.

• Bonuses may only be withdrawn after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.

• We may delay and/or stop the processing of a withdrawal if you have simultaneously made a deposit that is still being processed or is otherwise outstanding.

• Should your cashout request fall short of the minimum permitted amount, the funds will account balance.

• When making a withdrawal through PAY BY MOBILE, the amount will be reflected in your outstanding phone bill at the time of the transaction.

Reversing your cashout / withdrawal

• Once a cashout request has been approved (processed), it can no longer be reversed.

Your ‘Cashout History’ can be viewed within the ‘Transaction History’ tab which can be accessed via the Cashier at the main menu of the site. Your cashout history provides you with a comprehensive list of all your cashout requests - both those processed and those cancelled.

What documentation do I need to send to verify my identity?

A copy of the front and back of the debit card used as a payment method on our website. Kindly note that if the card has no name on it, an official bank statement will be required. For your own security, block out the middle 8 digits on the front of your card as well as the 3-digit security code at the back.

3. Proof of Address:
This may be a utility bill (not a mobile phone bill) or a bank statement issued within the last 3 months, showing a date, a full name, and the address registered on the account. If a bank statement is provided, the middle 8 digits of the debit card number must be hidden.


How do I send my documents?

You simply upload the required documents onto our website:‘Menu’ → ‘account settings’ → ‘upload documents’. To ensure sufficient quality, please use a digital camera and upload each document as separate JPEG file.


What happens if I don't send in my documents?

Should you fail to provide the required documents within the = the timeframe specified in our request, your account may be temporarily closed pending the verification of your account (provision of the relevant documents). During this period, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw or play with funds on your account - until we have verified your account.
